Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Twinkel Trusted BD Shop. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Conditions:

By placing an order, you confirm that you have provided accurate and complete delivery information (Name, Address, and Phone Number).

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

2. Product Information & Pricing:

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on your mobile or computer display settings.

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment:

An order is generally considered confirmed once our customer service representative verifies it with you via a phone call.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders outside Dhaka, an advance payment of the delivery charge may be required to process and dispatch the parcel.

4. Delivery & Shipping:

We rely on reputed third-party courier services for deliveries. While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not directly responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier services, bad weather, or unavoidable circumstances.

5. Return & Exchange:

All returns and exchanges are governed by our official Return & Exchange Policy. Customers are strictly advised to check their parcel in front of the delivery man.

6. User Privacy:

We respect your privacy. Your phone number, address, and order details are securely collected solely for the purpose of order processing. We do not sell or share your personal information with outside third parties.
