Welcome to Twinkel Trusted BD Shop. We are committed to delivering your products as fast and safely as possible. Please read our delivery rules carefully:

1. Delivery Timeframe:

Inside Dhaka: Delivery will take 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
2. Delivery Charges:

Inside Dhaka: ৳ 70
Outside Dhaka: ৳ 130
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh.
For orders outside Dhaka, you may need to pay the delivery charge in advance to confirm your order. The product price can be paid to the delivery man.
4. Parcel Checking Rules (Important):

Check Before Payment: You are allowed and encouraged to open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery man before making the payment.
Instant Return: If you find the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please return it instantly to the delivery man.
After-Delivery Claims: Once the delivery man leaves your location, no claims regarding physical damage, missing items, or wrong products will be accepted.
5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order directly from the "Track Order" section on our website.
