Return & Exchange Policy
At Twinkel Trusted BD Shop, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issues with the product, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below:

1. Instant Return (At the time of Delivery):

We strongly advise all our customers to open and check the product in front of the delivery man.
If you find the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you can return it instantly to the delivery man without paying the product price.
Please Note: Once the delivery man leaves your premises, no claims regarding physical damage, missing items, or wrong products will be accepted.
2. Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only applicable if there is a major manufacturing defect or if we accidentally sent you the wrong size/color.
You must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Refund Policy:

We generally do not offer direct cash refunds. If your returned product is out of stock, you can exchange it for another product of the exact same value.
In special cases where a refund is approved by our management, the amount will be processed via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) within 3-5 working days.
