How to Place an Order (কিভাবে অর্ডার করবেন)
Placing an order at Twinkel Trusted BD Shop is very simple and easy! Follow these quick steps to get your favorite products delivered right to your doorstep:

Step 1: Find Your Product Browse through our categories (Chiffon Saree, Organza Saree, Luxury Lawn, etc.) or use the search bar to find the exact product you are looking for.

Step 2: Add to Cart Once you like a product, select your preferred color or size (if applicable) and click on the "Buy Now" (অর্ডার করুন) or "Add to Cart" (কার্টে যোগ করুন) button.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout If you want to buy more products, you can keep adding them to your cart. Once you are done, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the website and select "Checkout".

Step 4: Provide Delivery Details On the checkout page, you will be asked to provide your basic delivery information:

Your Full Name
Active Mobile Number
Detailed Delivery Address (House, Road, Area, Thana)
Step 5: Select Payment Method Choose your preferred payment method. We highly recommend "Cash on Delivery" (ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি), where you can pay the product price to the delivery man after receiving your parcel! (Note: For orders outside Dhaka, you may need to pay the delivery charge in advance to confirm the order).

Step 6: Confirm Order Review your order details and click on the "Place Confirm Order" button.

What Happens Next?

SMS Confirmation: You will instantly receive an SMS confirming that we have received your order.
Verification Call: One of our customer support representatives will call you shortly to verify your address and finalize the order.
Delivery: Your product will be dispatched and safely delivered to your address within 1 to 5 working days.
